Human resource planning begins with a forecast of the number and types of employees needed to achieve the organization’s objectives. Planning also involves job analysis, which consists of the preparation of job descriptions and job specifications.

Human resource planning is used by organizations to ensure that they have the right number and the right kind of people at the right place and at the right time. Where this process is carried out properly, it brings maximum long-run benefits to both the organization and the individual employee.

Human resource planning will be successful to the extent that it properly coordinates each of the enumerated elements and it is essentially the fitting of resources to business needs in the long run or short run as the case may be.

Talking about Human Resource Planning of Surya World- Institutions of Academic Excellence,   it is remarkable to mention that it is excellent as the Human Resource Department is always ready with solutions to all the issues of manpower and students in the organisation. It helps in providing training to employees as and when required. It is also resulting positively in identifying and placing right people for right job at right time. Surya World develops a learning culture and environment to be created by holding brain storming sessions through various departments independently and create a knowledge bank or reservoir of ideas which may come in handy for the benefit of the working of an organisation.
