Green marketing also known as environmental marketing and ecological marketing is first and foremost step taken by every organization towards its growth. It will not only help organization to grow but will also lead to national growth.
Green Marketing refers to the process of selling products and/or services based on their environmental benefits. Such a product for services may be environment friendly in itself or produced and/or packaged in an environmentally friendly .It is the marketing of products that are presumed to be environmentally safe.
Green marketing focuses on the green marketing efforts companies use, including corporate social responsibility plans and sustainability efforts. Many consumers are environmentally conscious, seeking eco-friendly products and services from organizations that are socially responsible. It focuses on all the implications of green marketing, from product modification and processing to packaging and green advertising.
On 28th January, 2014, Green Conference was conducted in Surya World- Institutions of Academic Excellence and the prestigious Green Flag was awarded to Surya Campus by Go Green International Organisation for its beautiful and lush green lawns and landscapes.
Taking a pledge towards maintaining ecological balance and pollution free environment, we at Surya World teach Students about EFFECTIVE GREEN MARKETING. They are given a chance to explore their talent by performing different tasks like educating general public about the severe causes of polluted environment, and organizing different campaigns as and when required. All this helps them to get practical exposure and explore their talent.
